In 2024, a small provider group was losing nearly $740K to aged AR and unresolved denials. A consultant came in with a 90-day engagement. By the end of the engagement, the practice had their money back.
That consultant — backed by 15+ years of US revenue-cycle operating experience — incorporated Ziva Healthcare Partners soon after, to deliver that same disciplined operating model at scale to providers across the country.
Today, we look the same on the inside as that consultant did on day one: a group of obsessive RCM operators backed by certified coders, AR specialists, credentialing veterans and a denial intelligence layer we’ve refined across millions of claims.
